Refund Policy for Coco Studio

Thank you for shopping at Coco Studio! We strive to provide high-quality baby and children's clothing, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund policy below to understand the terms and conditions related to refunds.
1. Refunds
We only offer refunds in cases where Coco Studio is at fault, such as when an incorrect or defective item is shipped. If you believe that you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately at 0182106699/0177591422 within 3 days of receiving your order. We will review your case and determine whether a refund or replacement is appropriate.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item(s) have been inspected and approved. Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
2. Eligibility for a Refund
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The request must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
- The item(s) must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition (including packaging, tags, etc.).
- The refund request must be related to a mistake made by Coco Studio, such as incorrect items being shipped or items arriving damaged.
3. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for the following:
- Orders that are correctly fulfilled but simply no longer needed or wanted.
- Items that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged after receipt.
- Items purchased on sale or promotional items (unless stated otherwise).
4. Return Shipping
If a refund is approved due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will provide instructions on how to return the item(s) at no additional cost to you. In cases where a return is required due to an error made by the customer (e.g., incorrect order placed), the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
5. Processing Time
Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to process after receiving the returned item(s) and confirming that the refund is eligible. Your financial institution may require additional time for the refund to appear on your account.
